I went through half of this day with a heavy energy hanging on my back and in my mind, even though everything is well. I had an unsaticfied icky feeling. Not knowing where it came from our how to get rid of it. Also, it took me awhile before I realized that something was wrong and I wasn’t in my flow. Sounds strange but I’m sure you’ve all been there. We wake up in a certain vibe and move on with the day stuck in it until we understand, Hey, this is not how I would like to spend my day…
Luckily some hour after lunchtime I realized that I was taking this beautiful day for granted. Like it wasn’t enough with all that is here now. After I grasped it and immediately started to actively search for things to be grateful to, saying my thanks and changing my energy to appreciation it changed. In a few seconds that heavy energy was gone and has stayed gone since and I’m still looking for things to be happy about instead of being to busy being heavy and missing it all.
