In this part we focus on your current situation, your body, plans, visions and start to build an energetic stable ground. We look at your Root Chakra and tune into the element of Earth. Part 2 - Now we go deeper, to hear your wise inner guidance for choices in life to feel aligned and clear from your heart. This part is for you to take back leadership of your life or enhance it. To stop holding yourself and your dreams back. Now we are looking at your Sacral- and Solar-plexus Chakra and the element of Water. Part 3 - It is now time to communicate with your Pure Heart and Soul. Igniting trust and intuition to feel safe and open to follow your inner direction, exchanging time wasting self-doubt with peace and confidence. Here we look at your Heart- and Throat Chakra as well as the element of Fire. Part 4 - It is now time to start to enjoy your lessons and life by being connected to Yourself, Mother Earth and the Universe. To bring in joy and gratitude so you can show up to life with a Lust-to instead of a Must-do. We also set your intention, energy and directions for you to after this program continue to expand your life. Here we look at your Third Eye- and Crown Chakra, as well as the element of Air.
