Energy update 26 - 1 of September

Wow, this last weekend we have had some extreme weather here in the north. Heavy rain and thunder mixed with clear sky, cold and then warm. A bit of everything. Maybe a preview of the autumn. A mix of everything when it comes to energies.

As we start the last week of August the energy lets us know that it is back to business in the way that the time has come to make your choice. To stand up for who you are, what you want to do, where you want to go. There is a bit of seriousness this week that is asking you to look at your life and make any changes that you haven’t started already. Start to shift to be aligned with your heart, core and light. Make sure you look at what you want from your heart with a sense of joy and excitement.

It's no longer about what you have to do, (trust that you will do those things anyway) but what you want to do. That's what you should plan and make time for. If not planning, then at least becoming aware of what it is you want with life at this moment and make a decision to go after it.

Yesterday I pre-started with a new morning routine that I hope I will be able to keep up with. It means a bit earlier morning, but I’ve been questioning for some time what my dream mornings could look like. When I visualized it I realized that there was nothing holding me back other than getting up a bit earlier (not hard for some but I'm more of an night owl than an early riser). I also had to ask myself if my old routine still worked or if I wanted to do something else. The answer was a mix. So, I've tried it out two mornings and it is a wonderful start. It’s a mix of journaling, meditation, yoga, and body care. All parts I’ve done before but now longer, without stress and a slightly different focus and surrounding.

That’s one thing I love about shifting our focus and energy, that it usually is small alterations that keeps it new and expanding. As along as we ask ourselves what is working right now and being honest and open around our practices and habits.

Monday is a great day to soak ups some inspiration for this. You might even feel like you are at the tip of a change, that you couldn’t really reach and now you start to get a glimpse of it. 

Come Tuesday this continues where you will get some energetic help with new thoughts, ideas that not only works for you but the world in general. This day the energy has a charming vibe where you become a magnet for what you want. Joyful surprises could be in the cards. There could also be a reveal to something not being what you thought it to be.

On Wednesday Mercury leaves its revers loop and as it moves into a forward direction, it might feel a little uncomfortable. You may wonder about your abilities. Take this as a way to heal whatever is holding you back. Let it come into the light to dissolve and heal.

There is a call for diplomacy on Thursday. At the same time you may see or feel when things are out of balance, which could create some turbulence in relationships or with yourself. It’s for you to create a new strategy, method or way of life. One where you are no longer compromising your light. Instead acting on what’s important for you, when this becomes clear for you. It’s a strong feeling that comes with this so act with love and light.

On Friday the energy continues to roar within you, just like the thunder we had this last weekend here. Make sure you focus your energy on what it is you like to create. It’s not about being against something but being for something.

I’ve heard that Mother Therese never protested against war, but for peace. That’s the focus for Friday and the weekend. Anything you are for or pro and leave the against thoughts.

The weekend comes with some upbeat vibes and is a great time to spend with loved ones, friends and family. It’s a creative, loving energy that may create cooperation’s and developments.

To finish the week on the 1 of September, Uranus the planet in charge of the unexpected and personal freedom turns retrograde until 30 of January 2025.

Now is a great time to download the information you need from your higher consciousness. To see where you are holding yourself back from feeling free and to trust the universal flow, also when the unexpected shows up. It is here to break you out of your rut and set you free to walk your path. So a great time to see what lessons or blockages comes up. On a bigger scale it affects mass communication.

Yesterday I got dates and time for coming live Moon meditations at Insight Timer and they showed up with a lot of joy and playfulness. I’m doing things a bit differently this autumn. I allow the energy to find me instead of going after it and when it shows up the vibe is so smooth and light. It makes for an exciting autumn where my task is to stay open to catch the energy and information as it moves through, like yesterday.
