Energy update 29 of January – 4 of February

My focus is routed in love, light and possibilities.

Welcome to a warm upbeat peaceful energy this week. Yes, it is both upbeat and peaceful, because we have now anchored our energy or grounded it within our heart. So that we can easily shift between action and stillness.

Follow your inner guidance and let go of old habits, beliefs, actions to allow this to take part of your day and life. This dual energy is guiding you when to step back and when to move forward. It guides you through your body, your intuition, your feelings that come from within in and is not layered with any lower vibrations like fear, control, anger and like. If that shows up, it is not your heart speaking.

This week is like the sun is shining down on all of us. It is a strong, potent, and strengthening vibe. One where you feel comfortable in pursuing your desires, your purpose, your life that makes you interact and act from your heart. A week of action and strength.

Go with the flow, allow yourself to shine and spread your wings and remember to let your focus originate in love, light and possibilities.

With all planets direct, including Uranus last week, anything can happen, and it will be easier to let go of things that doesn’t vibe with you and make room for new possibilities. When doing this it is good to stay grounded with a positive focus.

Starting Monday, we have an energy helping us sort out life and make changes for the better with a strong determination.

Tuesday’s energy may also make you feel very strong and determined. Remember to ground it with love and light, or you may overwhelm anyone you direct this energy to.

On Wednesday we have some time to reflect. Take a step back and think about the consequences of what it is you desire. Not to stop you, but to prepare you.

From Sundown on Thursday to Friday we have Imbolc. A celebration of the return of the light and we are now in the middle of winter in the Northern hemisphere. The Celts dedicated this day to the goddess Brigid, who later became St Brigid. Her fire is said to hold the inner light going as well as start to birth the first seeds of spring. She is also the patron of poetry, wisdom, healing, and protection. In her energy your new ideas and wisdom are safe and protected.

After months of turning inward, of hibernation and rest, life is now beginning to stir again. Just like nature is beginning to awaken after its dormant period, we are also reawakening with new dreams and exciting new plans.

Imbolc brings a final cleansing for our spirits. it is a good time to clear out the old clutter, and the things that died within us during winter, in order to prepare for the exciting new growth to come and so that you may see clearer.

On Thursday we also shift month to February, and you’ll find my energy read and balancing meditation in the portal.

On Saturday new insights and ideas can show up. Allow them to flow and journal if that is for you.

Remember we are moving into lighter and more active times.

I have a special bond with Brigid and on one of my earlier energy travels I visited Kildare in Ireland (2011), which is steeped with her energy and said to be her place. I was there with a group and my then meditation teacher. We weren’t there to specifically connect with her but that was what happened for me and I’ve got the information that the quest I’m on to open hearts, activate life force and purpos and inner wisdom is partly connected to her energy. So, I always find this to be a lovely day to ground my body, send gratitude to Mother Earth and set positive intentions to let the light in.

This weeks picture is from one of the wells we visited and this is the place where I first connected with her energy in my meditation.

*My take on this card for the week – a teaching card that goes well with this week’s affirmation to keep our focus grounded in love, light and possibilities. I also feel this card speaks to the energy we now are building of feeling strong and active. That can sometimes tip over into being overly excited that may be misinterpreted by others as trying to steer or control them. So, just be wary to let your energy move in a way that is not judging or controlling others. With a positive focus and grounded in love and light, it will be easier.
