Energy update 6 - 12 of January

Following the season of winter here I’m revisiting last year’s event with a Social Media break in January and maybe a bit in February starting end of this week.

I will continue with weekly and monthly Pure Heart Members updates like this one, as well as podcasting (unless I’m guided otherwise regarding the pods).

However, I have already set some dates for live events this coming spring for you to save if you are up for it and you’ll find them here – Events Spring 2025.

No, let’s dive into the energy of this week…  with a fresh energy moving through.

It is still a quiet and calm pace or energy but there is a freshness to it. One that comes with maybe new insights, ideas, hopes, or wants that is surfacing. Make sure you take time to listen, stay open and not disregard any emotion or feeling that your body is displaying and guiding you with.

This fresh energy also brings clarity around your path, yourself and what to do next. Maybe update your plans or start up if you haven’t already. Or review them and see with these eyes of clarity how it feels. If there is something that is not uplifting, see if you can either tweak it or shift something so that it feels exciting.

On Monday there could be some focus on family issues to shift once and for all. Maybe walking away from a situation that you’ll see for what it is, instead of trying to win at any cost. With the clarity of this week, illusions are easier to detect. Could be yours or someone else’s.

Then both Tuesday and Friday’s energies might a bit tense.

However so much lighter on Wednesday which is an excellent time for a date night. This day is also here to help transform and shift by releasing any ghosts left in your closet. It’s time to meet them with love and grace. This is so that you can start to put the pieces of your souls journey together and walk your hearts path.

Not your families, or societies but yours.

This will be enhanced on Thursday when you are asked to go after for whatever your heart is telling you. Just remember that you are looking for your hearts wants, not your minds.

Maybe your journey also helps inspire others who are at the beginning of what you just been through.

This energy continues also on Friday. Could be with a bit more tense vibe, so be gentle in your approach to others and yourself.

Come Saturday, it’s time for rest and just be lazy, make create and play when you have the time for that.

Then on Sunday the energy shifts to a vibrant, creative and enthusiastic vibe before this years first Full Moon on Monday.

*My take on the card for the energy of the week –. With this still peaceful and fresh energy that is leading us to our heart and soul, we also have the opportunity to connect to our linage. Not to do the same mistakes or be stuck in family karma. The opposite, to break it and shift the path for us and future generations. Our ancestors are here to help us do just that by connecting to your heart and soul on a deep level. They do so to share love, and appreciation to what has been and what is yet to be. Maybe its time for forgiveness or acceptance of a situation in order to let something go. Or it could be you standing your ground and getting clarity in a situation to be able to release it.
