Warm welcome to this springs live online group Pure Heart Ignitions - guided energy meditation.
The dates are now set and as always I'm waiting for more information around what energy we will connect with for each day. I'll let you know as soon as I've been guided to the energy, here and at my social media.
If you like to join, make sure you've become a member in my Facebook group "Pure Heart Studio" where it will be streamed live. At the Studio you can also see the recording if you can't make the live time, as well as previous Pure Heart Ignitions.
Please make sure you have a good internet connection and a calm and comfortable place to listen and that's all you need before take off.
Beginner, advanced, in between - all welcome - the energy finds you where you are on your journey right now.
I also recommend keeping pen and paper close, to write down your experience.
