Energy update 17 - 23 of June

My way is easy to find and enjoyable!

Get ready to shift, with an energy of transformation in the air this week. It’s a shift that ask you to go deep within yourself. Connect to your roots, your energy, your heart. Go deep into the universe, connect and be prepared to open parts of you and your channels that has been asleep for some time.

By doing this with a sense of joy and curiosity, the shift will make a difference in your day in, in the way that you approach life. What that is, is different for all. Stay open and accepting of this magic that is moving through this week.

Or transformation if you like and a deep connection to your core energy.

Remember your unique way is easy to find when you let go of old beliefs, ways, and musts, and it’s here to be enjoyable, not a struggle.

If ever it feels to much or you are having a difficult time stepping out of the old, ask the elements to help you. That was the lesson in yesterday’s pod. To tap into the energy of the elements and use them in our day. This week is a great week to start the relationship with the elements or deepening it further.

I woke up this morning with some life questions I didn’t know I had, and I’m going to use the energy of the week, together with the elements to see what answers arrive. So the vibe has already started and it’s up to you whether you want to jump on or take a pass on this one.  

Starting the week on Monday the energy can feel a bit dreamy as well as feeling as you are waking up from a state where you have been tangled in some old beliefs and thought patterns.

Or it could be that you are noticing that you have been living someone else reality, not yours. It doesn’t have to be in  negative way, but not aligned with your heart that now wants to say its piece.

Tuesday is a day to be amazed and/or wondered. Things could take on a whole new direction together with your awakened reality that dissolves old “truth”. Remember your way is easy to find and enjoyable.

Then on Wednesday you may think of a whole new way to use your resources. That could also make you feel uncertain. Is this real and could I really do this? Listen to your heart and you’ll be fine.

This quest for your pure way continues Thursday, when we have Summer Solstice here in the Northern hemisphere and Winter Solstice in the Southern. Questions like -How can I live more authentically, or even -Who am I, are on the register. Not only that, you can also tap into an energy of courage that helps you start to walk your path and follow through your questions.

This day when the day are the longest in the northern and night in the southern hemisphere before shifting. It is a lovely time to not only find your balance but also start to make ways to keep it. Things that you have been doing up until now might need a small (or big) tweak or let go of all in all.

On Thursday the Sun also shifts from Gemini to Cancer. Now we are in a vibe of feminine, cardinal energy, closely related to water and our emotions. It’s a time that inspires to begin things, maybe your new path. I also quickly like to add that a new path doesn’t have to be a completely new way, it could be small tweaks that shifts your direction and that is more aligned with your true self. As long as you stay open, listen and allow yourself to be guided from within.

With the sun in Cancer you may also feel a need for a bit of privacy, with a touch of sensitivity. However, the latter is a great guide when following your intuition. Just look out for not being too needy or holding on too hard to something no longer working.

Then on Friday we have a Capricorn Full Moon. This is a moon that is organized, practical and business like. Bringing out dutiful and cautions side of us. Future goals will feel important, and remember to tap into your heart and intuition when setting them. It is also a good time to tend to family business, act responsible and organize any part of life that has become scattered or disrupted as well as setting down rules and guidelines.

This moon also asks us to step out of any drama and think about what untruths have been sold to you that you like to let go of and what truths about life do you like to keep. Follow the energy from Monday around waking up.

Please make sure to let go of any judgment or blame game. It’s not about who is right or wrong, good or bad. It’s about your way, and being accountable for your actions in the past and moving forward.

This Full Moon could also come with some solid, grounded decision of how you like to move forward in life and you have the week leading up to start to ask the questions.  

Friday is also the day we celebrate Midsummer in Sweden. To have the Full Moon this night together with the Summer Solstice from the day before I’m sure will put some extra magic to this day. Many dress in white, put flowers in the hair and eat pickle herring and then a lot of strawberries. There are no religious aspects in the celebration (for most), it’s more about enjoying the day, the season, playfully, together with Mother Earth and Nature. Like a colorful dream-state.
