Energy update 22 - 28 of July

My heart is open and I'm here to listen to it.

I hope the summer is treating you well!

Last week I took a trip down memory lane to the area where I was born, southwest of Sweden and it was a lovely journey filled with friends, baths and beautiful landscapes. At one point my mind went into an old thought of shouldn’t I do some work (the downside of being self-employed, always something to do =) ).

Then reminded myself that it’s okay to let go and just be. So, I did, and it has filled me with a lot of inspiration and energy. So important to allow ourselves to just be whether it is work, hobby or house/garden maintenance and enjoy the season, free time with a touch of carefree mindset.

Stepping into this week that is exactly what the energy is asking of you. It is a lazy vibe that moves through the week. Telling you to rest, go out in nature, connect, connect deep within yourself, connect with the universal flow. Let it teach you, let it show you and let your mind take a vacation. It is a lovely week to open new parts, new channels within your body, within the universal flow and your body. Listen carefully to the quiet shifts that arrived with these new channels. A bit of magic sprinkled over this week in terms of what you will experience when you step deeper into your journey and soul.

If you like connect to the night sky, leave your worries into the universe and allow the energy of love transform whatever it might be. This week has a warm comforting and loving energy, like a big hug from the universe.

I feel the Capricorn Full Moon had these energies of comfort and love as well and you’ll find Sunday’s moon energy meditation at the usual outlets.

It also brought us a channel to our own leadership and that is a lovely energy to start Monday with, when the sun shifts from Cancer to Leo. Use this leadership energy to make changes in your life, not someone else’s. Set your focus to what it is you want to do, follow your heart and desires with joy and ease.

Now with the sun in Leo we have an energy that is masculine, fixed and passionate/fire. It’s an active energy that comes with pride and ego. Ego in the sense of not shying away from being noticed and heard. It’s specialties are having fun, entertaining and making big exits and entrances. Though this week is a calmer vibe, that fire energy is well used when communicating with your heart this week. To take your space and connect deep with passion.

Tuesday’s energies is here to help you let go of old quarrels. Life is to short to bare grudges. Instead see if you can break free from habits and expectations of how you “should” live and look at how you “want” to live. Be proactive in your way, not reactive to others way.

 On Wednesday you might have to choose and sometimes making a choice can be hard. Especially when it means stepping into something unknown. Just remember that staying stuck isn’t easy either and that lead to no change.

Thursday is a lovely day to listen to your heart, meditate, spend time alone and ask some questions to your heart. Prepare yourself to be surprised and/or amazed by what you discover.

We are asked to get into a playful mode on Friday, to enjoy life and let go of “musts”.

Then by the weekend the energy becomes softer, grounded and practical.  A good time to do things that’s been piling up when you’ve been chilling.

*My take on this card for the week  - a week to let go of old fights (with others or yourself), allow yourself to relax and go deep into your heart. Make that choice that has been waiting for you to act upon. You don’t have to take the steps this week, but make the choice, maybe start to communicate it  and start to plan your way forward. Once that decision is made, peace is not far away.
