Energy update 25 - 31 of December

Happy New Year, may it be a year of peaceful transformation and expansion!

Wow, it really feels like this year has gone by in a flash, and yet so much has happened.

So now, we are closing the year not only energetically like we already did earlier in December but also according to our calendar.

I hope you all have had a nice Christmas weekend and feel ready for 2024, or at least ready to take a step into the new year.

Energetically this week feels like a serious energy. Serious or heavy in the way that maybe you get to understand your part, your gifts, your consequence on a deeper level. It doesn’t have to be like understanding it in a sequence or something to explain. It could just be an understanding opening in your body that later will trickle down to your mind as an explanation. Or you get it. So, it is a serious energy in the sense of our spiritual work, the spiritual connection, or the universal connection, that is here to say, Stop and Listen. Make your choice, of where to put your focus, your trust and set your intention for the year to come, and years to come.

There is still festivities, maybe New Years events that is going on, but the overall growth energy is one that is serious when it comes to our own learning and choices. It is here to letting us know that it is time to truly listen in. It is time to make space for that beautiful soul that we all carry and allow it to be heard. Not only in short, quite moments but as an overall guidance throughout the day. It is also serious in the way that it is sending us love, throughout this week. A deep sense of guidance and support that is here for us. It is not serious in the way that again we can’t have a jolly good time, but serious in the vibe. It is meaning business as it comes to each and every one of us in our own journey and it will continue into 2024.

Astrological we close the end of 2023 with a Christmas miracle, as the holiday’s energies are bursting with love and good cheer. Harmonious vibes all around. Then after Christmas day, exhaustion quickly sets in, so you may want to go to sleep early to reset.

Tuesday’s (or Wednesday’s depending on where you live) a Full Moon in Cancer extends the upbeat, generous mood. Tap into your inner confidence and leadership skills to put an end to any long-standing family feuds so you can start the year on a more stable note. This Full Moon moves through Cancer that is all about home, family and being vocal about your emotions and being sympathetic and understanding towards other. Just watch out for becoming overly sensitive.

Also, this year started with a Full Moon in Cancer and ends with a Full Moon in cancer so its been a year to open your heart, and let your emotions guide you.

This day we also have the small planet of Chiron going direct, and this is the planet known as the wounded healer and considered to represent our deepest emotional and spiritual wounds that represent our ability to transform pain and suffering into healing and growth. So have a look back at this autumn if there have been any lessons or healing in this area that you might have picked up.

Wednesday is a beautiful day to socialize with friends, while Thursday is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand there is an abundance of love and creativity, on the other, you might have a lot of ideas you want to get off the ground without knowing where to start. Once Mercury turns direct on the 1 of January, you’ll finally know exactly what to do to move forward. For now, put work on the back burner and focus on romance, family, and friends as we are still feeling the vibes from the Cancer Full Moon.

Then on Saturday we have a second planet turning direct and it is Jupiter. This is the planet of abundance and growth that helps us staying positive optimistic and generous. Its shadow side is an energy of being excessive and wasteful. So again, have a look at if there has been any lessons around this since 4 of September. Saturday also has an energetic opportunity that is good for creativity and celebration.

On Sunday emotions may run high in the daytime, but luckily, a super festive atmosphere returns in time for the countdown to 2024 in the evening.

For January I am going to take a social media break. I’m not sure if it will last the whole month and I don’t’ want to set any dates but follow my energy that’s been communicating this with me. I’m going to have a month reviewing, creating, listening and just step into a spontaneous vibe of letting the energy speak. So maybe it will be short or the whole month. However, I will continue as usual with the portal, pod and moon meditations (as far as I know now).

Now to end this year I wish all a Happy New Year and can’t wait to dive into what’s to come as well as stay present to what is.

*My take on this card for the week – A lovely card reminding us to play and have fun. This may at times feel hard when there is so much going on in the world. However, we can be consciously aware and do our part as well as stay present and keep our focus in a lighter vibe. To play and have fun doesn’t mean we look away, but to take those lighter vibes seriously and raise the energy for those who can’t. Not by forcing the moments, but also not holding back or avoiding play time when it shows up. Trust your body and heart to know the right moment and follow its guidance.
