I'm so happy to announce upcoming live online group Pure Heart Ignitions for the fall of 2021.
We'll meet up in my Facebook group Pure Heart Studio live of if you can't join at the exact time, it's there waiting for you to check out when it's convenient for you.
To join live please make sure you have applied for the group no later than five minutes before start.
In the Pure Heart Ignition we work with a specific energy theme, that will be announced at my studio some time before.
It is free and it's done as a guided meditation. The energy we work with connects with you where you are right now and is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
All you need is a calm space and a good internet connection.
