Energy update 30 - 6 of October

WOW – can you feel the autumn moving in with a fresh set of energy.

This week the energy is like a bright, beautiful, sunny autumn day, here to lift your spirit. Fill you with a vibration of anything is possible. Fill you with a sense of your soul and how beautiful it is. With that ready to greet the day, ready to greet life and moving through in a high vibration and an upbeat vibe.

When/if things are starting to spin in this energy, the easiest way to join this ride is by letting go of your mind and ego to follow the energy. Take a deep breath, jump and have fun with it.

Don’t be surprised if you are stepping out of your usual routines, habits, beliefs. If you are drawn to do that, do it without judgement, expectations, comparison. Instead let yourself be you, the one you are right now.

With the month of October starting on Tuesday, you will then find my energy update and balancing energy meditation in the portal, under Monthly update. It was a deep energy that I connected to, and this month has some transformation coming for sure.

Starting the week on Monday there may be some explosive meetings. Balance yourself and if frustration is on the menu in your surroundings step away. If within you, then take a breather, focus on something else and then come back to the issue at hand when you feel grounded.

By the evening this eases up and you will once again have an easier time expression who you are, your true self.

On Tuesday, something you liked to do as a child could come up to remind you. This is your soul communicating.

On Wednesday we end this eclipse opening for now that started two weeks ago, with a Libra New Moon Solar Eclipse. I’m hosting a live energy meditation at Insight Timer at 8pm CET. It will also be out in the usual channels after.

When the moon moves through Libra (as well as the Sun right now) it’s about balance, in life, with your energies, activities, partnerships. Since we also have the eclipse energy that is surfacing our emotions, for them to guide us it is also about balancing our emotions.

The Libra moon loves beauty, so walk in a beautiful place or looking at some beautiful art, sprucing your home with some lovely flowers or decorations is a nice nudge to this moon.

This strong energy is also about you starting to use your insights, and your knowledge. For your and the highest good of all. Hidden talents and wisdom could surface during this time to let your authentic self come forward. By doing this we need to let go and makes space. It is time to loose the veils and any fear that might have held you back. Also let go of old quarrel, envy, projections or power games in relationship. To forgive and accept and allow each of us to be who we are. Heart to heart.

Come Thursday there could be an energetic hangover where you might feel sore at your core.

An eclipse always shakes us to see the world in a new light and this one is no different. Be kind and gentle with your newly found insights and forgive yourself and others.

On Friday your heart wants to be part of your daily decisions, so that they are made with and in love.  

Then on Saturday your heart chakra opens up fully and this could lead to some interesting surprises.

Just be mindful how you express yourself not to hurt another open heart.

*My take on the card for the energy of the week – To let our wisdom, our heart and authenticity shine through we need to let go of some old and/or new luggage. We need to be aware of what and take time to release in what ever routine you have for this. To cleanse your energy. Be courageous and know that nothing that is meant for you will disappear, but maybe shift and come back in a more suited shape. Why not do a clearing routine before the eclipse on Wednesday.
